You
are...
greatness
in the shape
of
human form.
Express
and
reflect,
create
and grow.
Life
Force energy
runs
through
your
veins.
Breathe
deep
and
release
and
beauty will flow.
You
are...
greatness
in the shape
of
human form.
Express
and
reflect,
create
and grow.
Life
Force energy
runs
through
your
veins.
Breathe
deep
and
release
and
beauty will flow.
When the beauty
of the Earth
moves me to tears,
no
worry can touch me,
no darkness,
no fears.
The
crashing of waves,
the soft morning breeze,
the kiss of the sun, the flight of a
swallow,
this life is a gift,
all its joy and
its sorrow.
For Beauty is found
in sunshine
and rain.
Through mountains
and valleys
Her love will remain.
The
feeling
I
miss
is
the brush of
your
kiss,
your
breath
on
the air
as
you play
with
my hair,
your
soft,
tender
touch,
how
I love
it
so much.
I
breathe deep
and
sigh
as
my spirit
soars
high.
You're gentle
and strong.
With you
I belong.
A hooting owl,
the cry of a bird,
a wild, undefined call,
reverberating
deep within.
We are one
and the same,
I am called home.
Call of the ancestors,
called to the past,
to a place and time,
ancient but known,
a deep forest with trees
that tower and shelter,
hold secrets and share
whispers on the wind.
The trickling
sound of water,
soft moss underfoot,
a night under
the stars,
a soft breeze
through my hair.
I am home.
Storms
rage
and
kingdoms fall.
But
you'll keep shining
through
it all.
Hold
your space,
be
true to you,
let
love and kindness
guide
you through.
The
storms will pass.
Love
will not fail.
What's
true remains,
Light
will prevail.
I see your colours,
your shades of green,
my eyes drink them in,
my heart feels serene.
You hold your space,
roots in the ground,
your presence felt,
here, strength is found.
The stories you'd tell
of the storms you've withstood,
the seasons you've lived,
you'd share if you could.
Though different bodies,
we breathe the same air.
Our lives entwined
in the space we share.
The
shape of you,
the
curve of your spine,
your beauty beheld,
touch
of the Divine.
Though darkness moves in swift,
and leaves you filled with fear,
the Light will still prevail,
I promise you, my dear:
Of stardust you are made
to shine into the night.
A million suns are burning,
each one a golden light.
Remember
this, beloved,
that you are not alone.
When the night is cold
and
chills you to the bone.
A million lights are shining,
there's goodness deep within.
we all can reflect beauty
no matter where we've been.
So keep seeking the light
when you feel cold and small,
remember that our glow reflected
will outshine it all.
'Why
aren't you upset,
why
aren't you distraught?
You bury your head
in the sand', they say.
They look at me,
they see a fool
who whistles and dances
and loves to play.
I dance in the sunlight
and spin in the rain.
But I see the anger,
and feel the pain.
If I choose to
not be found
on the bitter, fear-filled
merry-go-round,
the cycles of hurt,
the weight of shame,
the endless guilt
for who's to blame,
but instead, seek beauty,
magic and love,
to find the light,
and look above,
to know the sun's shining
above the cloud
and that kind words
don't need to be loud,
then I may be
a fool to you.
But I will tell you,
this is true:
I'll love this life,
and all it's splendour,
a happy fool
with child-like wonder.
Beauty reflected,
the waters ran clear,
here, I felt safe
with nothing to fear.
The clean, flowing river,
the blood of the earth,
the cycle of life,
from death to birth,
from where it comes
to where it goes,
from many streams
the river flows.
But then storms came
with ruin and pain,
I saw their mark
in the water's stain.
The dark, murky water
flowed out to the sea,
brown, dirty sludge
was all I could see.
I began to despair,
perspective was lost,
destruction prevailed
at beauty's cost.
I climbed a hill
and took a deep breath,
from high above,
looked down at the earth:
I saw the river
flow into the sea
and hope began
to grow within me.
Tainted water was
cleaned and purged,
the sea held the river
as it merged.
Life would flourish
where it began,
the river would once
flow clear again.
